People Make the Same Face When They're in Pain as When They're Having Intense Pleasure:
According to a study by Hebrew University of Jerusalem, your O-face looks REALLY similar to the face you make when you drop something heavy on your foot.
Researchers found that it's tough to tell the difference between the facial expression of a person in extreme pain, anger, or grief . . . or a person experiencing intense pleasure.
People were shown pictures of tennis players right after they either won a match, or got angry on the court. When people saw the player's body language, they could tell the difference between pain and pleasure . . . but NOT when they just saw the face.
The same thing happened when people saw pictures of people who were experiencing other emotional highs and lows . . . like crying at a funeral . . . or winning a reality show.
A Man Stabs His Mother's Boyfriend For Eating All the Thanksgiving Leftovers:
Last Sunday, 18-year-old Taz Miller of Winchester, Indiana got home to his mother's house after doing Thanksgiving at his grandmother's. He was REALLY looking forward to eating some of his mom's Thanksgiving leftovers.
But he found that his mom's boyfriend, 35-year-old Christopher Teer, had completely finished them. And he was FURIOUS.
So he grabbed a KITCHEN KNIFE, told Christopher, quote, "I'm going to [effing] kill you!" . . . and STABBED HIM in the arm and the thigh.
Fortunately, Christopher didn't die, but he was hospitalized with his stab wounds. Taz was arrested for battery with a deadly weapon.
