There are Girl Scouts all over Northern Colorado selling their cookies outside grocery stores and other businesses. But a Calfornia Girl Scout had a GREAT idea that every Girl Scout is going to try and copy.

Mashable reported about Danielle Lei, a savvy Girl Scout who set up shop in front of a medical cannabis collective named "The Green Cross" in San Francisco.

Can't say it's not working. Danielle's mom said Danielle sold 117 boxes of cookies - about 40 more than what she sold the day before outside a Safeway.

Now before any Colorado Girl Scouts start getting any ideas, the Girl Scouts of Colorado has released a Tweet, saying "we don't allow our Girl Scouts to sell cookies in front of marijuana shops or liquor stores/bars."

Mom is using the business lesson to open up a conversation about drug use, and how some people use marijuana as medicine.

That's one smart cookie!
